/VECTOR_OPERATIONS
Simple arithmetic operations between vectors. In all the operations only
the minimum vector length is considered, i.e. an operation between a vector
A of dimension 10 and a vector B of dimension 5 will involve the first 5
elements in both vectors. If the destination vector does not exist, it is
created with the same length as the source vector.
