ATTACHMENT
| Include attachment | If data present |
CROSS-INDUCED
| Requests cross induced signals | Yes |
DIRECT
| Computes only direct signals | No |
ELECTRON-PULSE
| Add signals due to electrons | No |
ION-TAIL
| Add signals due to ions | Yes |
NOATTACHMENT
| Don't include attachment | If data absent |
NOELECTRON-PULSE
| Do not compute electron signals | Yes |
NOION-TAIL

TOWNSEND
| Include multiplication | If data present |
The TOWNSEND and ATTACHMENT options can only be selected if the corresponding data has been entered in the gas section.
See the CROSS-INDUCED option of the SIGNAL command for the distinction between direct and cross induced signals.
A plot frame (e.g. with PLOT_DRIFT_AREA) has to be opened before the call to AVALANCHE_SIGNAL if you wish to use the PLOT-ELECTRON or PLOT-ION options.
