VAXPAP contains a set of VAX/VMS utilities for tape handling.

Usage:
This package contains the following commands:
- EINIT
- - initialise a tape with a label encoded in EBCDIC.
- LABELDUMP
- - dump the VOL1 label of a tape.
- SETUP
- - mount a tape with device allocation and label checking.
- STAGE
- - input and output tape staging.
- STAGEQ
- - auxiliary program to STAGE.
- STAGECLN
- - utility program for cleaning the staging disk(s).
- TAPECOPY
- - tape copy program.
- WRTAPE
- - write disk file to tape with ASCII or
EBCDIC labels.
- XTAPE
- - examine tape contents (tape dump).
