Diagnostics for MZIXCO

  case 1 :  the    store byte of parameter IXn is invalid
  case 2 :  the division byte of parameter IXn is invalid
  case 3 :  parameter IXn does not specify the same store as IX1

The following numbers are given in /QUEST/

for cases 1 to 3 :

 IQUEST(11) = input parameter IX1
 IQUEST(12) = input parameter IX2
 IQUEST(13) = input parameter IX3
 IQUEST(14) = input parameter IX4
 IQUEST(15) = n for parameter IXn being faulty
 IQUEST(16) = the    store byte of parameter IXn, bits 27 to 32
 IQUEST(17) = the division byte of parameter IXn, bits  1 to 26
