Use send-pr to submit Problem Reports to the database.
send-pr is both a shell script and a Lisp program for GNU
Emacs; both implementations provide a template for submitters to
complete. In most cases, send-pr can determine intelligent
default values for several fields, partially automating the
bug-reporting process.
